- PPPaulineDec 7, 20251.0I came into this location looking for a space heater, with no employees in sight but cashiers for the first 20 minutes. After walking around the store for quite some time I seen a lady walking towards me in a blue vest, I approached with a smile asking for help. From the very beginning she was extremely annoyed and unwelcoming. I asked where I could find a particular space heater and she pointed in the direction and said “over there” I said, “ma’am I looked over there but did not see one.” She then asked for an item number in which I did not have but I did have the UPC in which she said was too long. After a few minutes I realized I wasn’t getting anywhere and given up. In summary, do not visit this location, Alma is the store manager who “helped” me but acted as though she was too good to help customers looking for items.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
