Absolutely love this location. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and can help you find what you need. Most of the time they can give you helpful information and insights into what you are purchasing, or with whatever project this tell them you're working on. I used to shop almost exclusively at Home Depot but have switched 100% to Lowes because the selection seems better and the staff is so much more helpful.

Carlos and chance were amazing employees, they were able to help me get the most discounted price i could get for a repair job i have upcoming. I would also like to make this a very personable understanding for customer service. I have dealt with many different vendors in my life. Obviously roofing vendors like RWC, Abc roofline, even home depot. Sometimes, the biggest thing that separates you deciding where you're going to place your hard-earned money and decide to shop. Not only comes at price but also great customer service. And when you get people who are attentive and care and actually put effort into cultivating a good relationship. I ordered on-line and, when the water softener unit arrived via a national carrier, it was damaged. I called Samara in Appliances and she was able to help me through a different process. I brought the damaged unit to the store with my vehicle and, when I arrived, she had a new one which she inspected, at the front door waiting for me. She and a colleague rolled the new one out on a cart to my car and took the damaged unit away. Samara was very patient with me on a previous visit to Lowe's also when I had a credit card issue and had to go out to my car to get another credit card. She is patient, empathetic, sincere and professional, and I would recommend her to anyone needing an appliance from the Lowe's on Oracle Rd. Thank you Samara!
