    Ok, I am not handy, but I do love plants. Lowe's always has lots of plants to look at, and I have many plants in my home that I revived from it's sad state on the clearance rack.

    Ordered a new washer and dryer from Pat at the Tucson store. Only ordered from Lowe’s to get a faster delivery as our old washer died. Samsung washer arrived dented in awful condition. Now we’ve been without a washing machine for a week and will have to go to a laundromat tomorrow and pay to do our laundry after paying Lowe’s $2,000 for equipment that we should be doing laundry in tonight. Will not use Lowe’s for appliances again. Lame.

    This store has the worst customer service, ever; I honestly don't know why I keep making purchases here, but I really wanted to buy this tile that matches the other tile I purchased here (another horrible experience). People at this store stand around. I asked someone for help, and he said another guy could help me and where I might be able to find him. I loaded the tile myself, which is fine, but I wanted to purchase all of it, and there were some in boxes, some singles, some boxes were ripped, etc. When I went to the front to pay the lady was snippy and yelled at me because I didn't know how many tiles I had on the cart. I said I would just scan it myself, but she yanked the cart from me and yelled some more, so I left without the tile I wanted and may return what I have already purchased from them, because they are not worth my business.

    We ordered carpet in Jan. Installed in May since Lowe's contracted a new carpet installer in Feb. Installed 3 bdrm, one Lrm carpet. 2 bdrm had issues & Lowe's replaced. Installer didn't place seam where Lowe's noted in Living room. Although three installers tried to correct, there is a visible seam directly in traffic area. We placed a 5 foot runner over seam to prevent seam opening. Although installer is theirs, Lowe's stated installer issue. Installer's office never responded. Enough carpet left over to cover a larger living area. What a waste.

    I usually like Lowe's for their garden department and I like that plants have a one year guarantee. However, I had 5 plants that didn't last more than a month, so I decided to take them back. I usually bring my receipts with me, but since I used my Lowe's card and have my purchases on the app, I didn't think it would be a big deal. Mistake! The cashier at the returns counter was adamant that I only purchased one item when I had purchased two--showing her proof on the app. She shrugged her shoulders. I'm glad a stood my ground though because she was basically telling me there was nothing she could do about it. She ended up having to give me a gift card for the other item--I still got my money back, but what is the point of verifying the purchase with your bank card and app if the system doesn't work? Lesson learned is always keep your receipts.
