    Excellent store! Been shopping here for years. I highly recommend this location. The staff is polite and they take care of your needs. The delivery process is efficient and the delivery people are super friendly. The installers are competent, polite gentlemen. We have purchased two dishwashers from this store. Two washers and two dryers. We have also purchased tools, including a toolbox not to mention ceiling fans, light fixtures, sink faucets, wood and weed spray. The list goes on and on. This is our “go to place,“, whenever we need something for the home. This is a “big box store” that treats you like family and operates more like a small family owned store. Thank you, Lowe’s and your wonderful staff and associates. 👍

    My wife and I recently moved here from Colorado and purchased our first home. Lowe’s has always treated us well in the past, so we chose them to purchase our new appliances. We visited the MidVale, AZ store on November 27th or 28th, and the in-store experience was excellent. Don and several other associates were extremely helpful in setting up the delivery and installation of our dishwasher, scheduled for December 6th. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. On the day of installation, the third-party installer contacted my wife to inform her that the dishwasher was not available and that she would need to contact Lowe’s to reschedule. When she called, the representative seemed amused by the situation and dismissive, implying it wasn’t Lowe’s responsibility. We were told we would be contacted when the appliance arrived. That never happened. On December 8th, my wife called again and was told the dishwasher was now in stock, but we would need to schedule another installation. After being placed on hold multiple times while the representative unsuccessfully tried to reach the installer, we were told to wait for a call—possibly “in a couple of days.” When I asked if Lowe’s would do anything to address the inconvenience, I was told the issue wasn’t Lowe’s fault, despite the appliance not being available as scheduled. We were assured someone would call by the end of the day or the following morning. No call ever came. By December 11th, after repeated attempts to reach the installer with no success, we contacted Lowe’s again and asked to speak with a manager. The call was answered with a curt, almost dismissive greeting, followed by laughter in the background—an extremely unprofessional interaction. I believe her name was Christina. There was no empathy or concern expressed. Instead, we were told, “Let’s see if it’s even here,” which was incredibly frustrating after everything we had already been told. At that point, we nearly canceled the entire order, but we needed a dishwasher. We ultimately arranged to pick it up ourselves on December 13th. Once again, the in-store staff was excellent—helpful, professional, and quick to load the appliance into my truck. Unfortunately, after installing it at home, the unit appears to have a faulty latch and will not begin washing. A repair visit is now required. As a veteran, I’ve always appreciated Lowe’s and their support for military customers. However, this was one of the most uncaring and poorly handled customer service experiences we’ve ever had. Due to the lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism from customer support and management, we will not be purchasing from Lowe’s again.
