So I purchased $3000 worth of tile and was told it would be delivered on a certain date. Was not told about getting an email or text saying my order was there. So 6 days after the date it was supposed to be there I sent my contractor to pick it up. It was not ready, so I got with a manager and told her what had happened, hoping for a little compensation for their troubles. She said I was SOL and should have checked before sending my contractor and it was all my fault when THEIR employee told me differently. She was very rude, and her name is Janelle. This kind of attitude is not worthy of a manager title.
Fast forward, due to their mistake I had to drive 4 hours round trip to chandler to pickup more tile. $100 in gas, $100 for the trip from my contractor and all my time wasted and all I was given was a $25 gift card for Lowe’s. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. Talk about a kick in the face.

Great service experience with Tyler in appliances at the Marana location, he helped us with measurements on our washer dryer purchase and even pulled the floor model out so we could check the venting on the back. He was very patient and helpful answering all of our questions. He also took the time to make sure and check for coupons on our purchase so we got the best price.

This store very selective on how and what they apply veterans discount. Either honor the discount or get rid of it. I am a veteran 100% of the time. Checking out using the Veterans discount or their Lowes Pro is always a big hassle. Some item are eligible for pro some are eligible for vet. Again very selective on the application of discounts.
They never seem to have enough people on hand to help customers. Many of those that are on duty can not answer basic questions.
Lastly their return policy has become horrible. 90 day return, really? Unless you buy it on a Lowes credit card. I have many projects. When I get the deposit and go buy the material for that project. Some times I'm 4 to 6 month out on some jobs, but I can't return new unused items with a receipt because I paid cash.
LOWES is my store of last resort. I will go to ACE at twice the price before I go to Lowes.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped.
