And so far in all my experiences here, they have only charged me for the part. Each time They fixed it on the spot and I’m AMAZED by how fast they work. I will always go to Leslie’s on swan and sunrise for my swimming pool needs and repairs. I’m so impressed by their customer service. I can always count on him to assist me in getting my pool back to sparkling and perfect water tests. Elaine and Fabian are great too and give awesome customer service. I like my pool guy, but there have been many a time where the Leslie’s staff has been my go-to. Though their supplies and chems tend to be pricier than say Walmart, all I know is they WORK and are kinder to ones skin. If you are not happy with other Leslie’s stores, go see Sandy at the Swan store. You won’t be disappointed.
