After weeks of bad service, conflicting diagnoses (including possible pump replacement) from 3 different techs, and now a very green pool, I was told that my filters were clogging, the pool needed to be vacuumed, and that they don't do that. They charged me $240 for that advice, plus another $150 for chemicals that were useless as they didn't fix the problem. This is my second horrible experience with them. DO NOT USE LESLIE'S!! Almost anyone else is better.
