I waited 6 weeks and they never called me to update me or tell my that it was fixed or to buy a new one. If you know that is still a high end pool robot. Something did not feel right when I first dropped it off and when I picked it up. Other pool robots and cleaners were already fixed. I know I observe. In any case I am going back to Ekonomy Pool where they appreciate my business. Go local instead of this sheisty chain.
