  I’ve had a great experience at this location in the past. Somehow the hours have gone awry. I’ve stopped by before 6 pm on three occasions in the last week and they are closed despite hours posted otherwise. Disappointing. Edit: Another location mentioned they had an acid leak and have to limit opening hours with closure at 1 PM. They still should have posted this on the door.

  Employees here are usually pretty quick to help you when you need it. I go here occasionally to get my water tested so I can compare to my TF-100 test kit, for the most part their results match mine pretty closely. I don't like how they will use their results to try to push product on you that you don't need, but that's the nature of these pool supply stores and can't be avoided.

  Talked to Eric on the phone about a pool pump part and ask about the price, twice. But when I've arrived to the store to pick up my part, the price went up by 25%. Unfortunately this was the second time for the last 6 month I have experienced this price raising practice. First time I thought may be they just made a mistake, happens to all of us, but after today it looks like they use low price tactics to lure customers to the store and hope that since they are already in the store they will be willing to pay a new price. Bad business practice, I'll definitively not coming back and use other places for my pool needs.
