Edward gave me excellent customer service, help me rebuild a part rather than have to replace it. which ended up saving me so much money I was able to buy other pool supplies to get me through the winter months, thank you Edward for your great customer service .

We were talked into buying an over-priced Pool Blaster Spa Vacuum and once we were home we discovered it was used, full of mud with all the plastic removed. The darn thing was right on the shelf and the young man picked it out for us without allowing us to even look it over and rang it up. We called, complained, he said bring it back for a new one. We live over 30 miles away and told him so. No offer to compensate for the gas expense either. Then he had the gall to talk to customers in the store while we were on the phone to him...really? Even in store this young man was cocky and too busy bragging about his 12000 gallon pool to offer decent customer service. He clearly didn't care if we bought something or not. Don't shop here! Go to Patio Pools on Oracle where customer service is MUCH BETTER! Maybe if enough bad reviews plague this company they will go out of business.
