Maybe it is just the type of service I am looking for, but I found the whole experience very unpleasant. The sales person was extremely pushy and did not listen to my feedback at all. I was very clear that I did not want a motorized couch, but that was all I was shown. I said I did not like a fabric and was told, "everyone does!". I then saw the outrageous prices, then that the lead time for basically anything would be at least 8 weeks, and I was sure I didn't want any furniture from this place. In a completely opposite experience, I went down the freeway to Ashley in Green Valley and found exactly what I wanted, at a reasonable price, from a non-pushy sales guy, with delivery next week! I'm not trying to be some kind of ad for Ashley, but it was a huge contrast and showed just how bad LaZBoy was.

We had not purchased from his store but when problem was explained he came to our rescue. It was us not the sofa😆. We’ve had Lazboy furniture for years & they show no wear. Very nice store. We will definitely shop there!!
