I tried sitting in a bunch of recliners. I was there 20-30 minutes and no one asked if I needed help. The people who came after me were helped. I started talking to another customer and she asked if I had been helped and I said no. They told their salesperson that since they were done, I needed help. He came over to me and told me he would go see if someone was available. Finally, after 30 minutes of being ignored Layton came over to help me. He was polite and very nice. Here is the kicker, after I purchased a recliner and was walking out the door with my paperwork in my hand, a
