We stopped at the 22nd Street location and Selena helped us and gave us great information. She even called the new facility with indoor space to let them know we were coming over. Will was fantastic. He showed us around and answered all of my questions (I tend to ask a lot of questions). They are a new facility and have great promos going on. The regular, non promo price is approximately 40% lower per month. Even after the promo expires, it is over$950 a year saving for the exact same size unit. And it is indoor with climate control year round. No dust or otherwise issues. Highly recommend.

The monthly rental rates are much lower that A-family storage (like you get twice the space for slightly less per month or get a same sized unit for about half the price per month) and the units are inside and air conditioned. Will also mentioned they will have dollies at the doors for people to help them move their stuff in and/or out.
