I'm from Texas and was using this place for a storage unit whilst I stayed in Arizona, that girl Dana kept the whole place spic and span, was always there to fix every issue, she is a really good comedian (i was rolling XD) and man she is a hard worker. Customer service was so wonderful as she always makes everyone feel so welcome, like it's home. If you ever go here ask for Dana cause she is most definitely the one to talk to for anything regarding this place.
- CACelia A.Oct 15, 20255.0Dana is amazing great customer service outstanding today is October 15th 2025 I had an interaction with her she handled the situation promptly great customer service skills and this facility is by far the cleanest facility in Tucson I buy storage units at auction and I've never been to a facility this clean in all of Tucson she is outstanding I watched her clean the facility keep it neat and tidy she by far is one of the greatest customer service Representatives I have met I have three units that are personal here at this facility on Irvington and I am very pleased with her service and also knowing that my items are being cared for and safe and secure is in her hands she is amazing definitely needs a raise are some paid time off
