Downside is no pro-rate or refund if you move out before the end of the month. Also, rent will increase commensurate with the market. Take advantage of the specials/deals but know that they only last until the end of the sale and then the rent will go back up to regular price. Another downside is the side access doors are usually not functioning and/or closed. That makes it very inconvenient for accessing your storage unit depending on where it’s located. Customer service at the front desk was a hit or miss but the gentlemen who handled my move out today was amazing!
