  Shopping here has been a great experience. We were given space to shop without being followed around and when we were ready, Fung was amazing at helping us put together our purchase. She took time to help us find accent pieces that not only complimented the furniture we wanted, but would be available for the same time of delivery with the rest of it all. I look forward to working with her again! The delivery guys Julian and his partner were careful, kind, and efficient as well.

  I’ve only had great experiences at this furniture warehouse, as we’ve practically pieced together an entire house full of furniture from them in the past year. The pricing is great, sales reps aren’t pushy, and the loaders always do a top tier job. Jonathan in the warehouse loading department really went over the top for us last night, as we were those people that purchased a new sectional 30 minutes before they closed. He took great care of us, had the most positive outlook despite he was sweeping up the storage area, probably ready to go home. He even ensured the sectional was adequately secured to the truck. That was the experience for us to ensure we won’t go anywhere else but AFW for our furniture needs. 10/10 on customer service, thanks to Jonathan.

  Horrible place. Although the prices are not bad I would rather pay more to a company that has better customer service. I had to go 3 times all for them to tell me at the end that my credit was approved but that it takes a week for it to actually process. Last week I went to purchase this mattress and applied for credit and they said it was pending which ok I get it. A day after I got an email that I was approved so I headed to the store on Saturday and no one would assist, I walked around the store for 10 minutes for the worker to be in a bad mood and tell me I had to spend at least $300 to finance the mattress. So went to find something else and by the time I was ready she was gone so I spent another 5 minutes looking for help and this other worker wasn’t sure he could help me so he asked for help from a coworker who was training a new employee. He then told me but totally added to $298 before taxes and that it was after taxes to finance.. so here I go again looking for another item and I asked him if he could just help me because I had been at the store for 30 minutes and it was very difficult to find someone to help and he said to just go straight to him and he would assist. Once I found an. Item he was busy with another customer and just gave me a paper and told me to go on my own to check out and that they’d know what to do. When I go to the counter I give the girl the paper and she asks me to scan my card and I tell her I’m financing and she’s like “well you didn’t tell me” well I didn’t know I told her, they just told me to go check out and hand the paper and that you’d know what to do, all while the guy that was supposed to assist me is walking the other customers to checkout and helping them more than they helped me. So then she asks for 2 forms of documentation and I only had 1 but I had the email showing I was approved for credit and she said she needed something else other than my ID. She said she would save my info and I could just go back and check out. I go back a day later with the same girl and take my forms all for her to tell me I haven’t been fully approved through the store because it takes a week to process. Why didn’t they tell me this before??? WASTE OF TIME! Do not go here unless you want bad customer service, buying my mattress at mattress firm instead

  A few years ago I had a great experience shopping in Phx area at AFW. I found the salespeople helpful, the delivery great and product so good that I wanted to reorder for a different house. I called the Marana AFW store and the young lady that answered the phone was so nice and offered to connect me to Tom the salesman who could help me. That was the beginning of the end of the conversation and it was obvious he didn’t want to be helpful. Lesson: make sure that when you speak to a salesperson, someone didn’t mess in their Cheerios earlier. Edit: We actually drove into the store yesterday and were lucky enough to run into Dave; what an awesome and helpful associate. He restored our faith in AFW and took care of all of our questions and our new furniture arrives tomorrow. My best advice is to check out google reviews and if several people mention someone in a positive light, try to find that person. We didn’t request Dave but you will see he is mentioned often in positive reviews…..there’s a reason. They’ve gone from one to five stars because of Dave.

  We had a great experience looking for new furniture . Everyone was friendly and helpful . They are not super pushy , just there to help you and answer any questions you may have . . Our sales rep Phuong Nguyen was not only Very friendly , she also helped us chose couches that are scratch resistant from our 3 kitties . We were able to chose a delivery date 6 days later . Everything was delivered by two very friendly men . They did a great job asking and setting everything exactly where I wanted it .and making sure I knew how things functioned . This will be the only place we buy furniture from moving forward .
