  Josh G at the Marana store is amazing! He helped use immensely during our search for our new sofa! He was patient and knowledgeable, he didn’t pressure a sale. He arranged all of the details for delivery etc. American Furniture Warehouse-Marana. You have such great staff! We always feel welcomed and supported. We will definitely be purchasing from you again!

  Went there earlier today 3/01/2026 and was looking around. Lots of nice things and good selections. One thing I noticed is not a single worker asked if we needed help looking for anything or if there is anything they can do to help. I finally find a couch I like and then someone comes up to help, we go to check on financing and unfortunately the financing didnt work out in our favor. And instead of asking if there was any other options to purchase the couch the worker just walks off without saying a word. Really kind of bummed me out the rest of the day. And now I still dont have a new couch.

  My experience of shopping and buying my living room furniture at this location at marana. Was the best prices, I went to many furniture stores and American Furniture had best prices and beautiful furniture. Im very happy. Customer Service was great too. They have beautiful selection of products. I will continue shopping here and recommend it highly

  We just made a purchase at American Furniture Warehouse. We like how you can look around the store and not have a salesperson hovering over your shoulder. When we were ready to ask questions and make our purchase, James Graham, furnishings consultant, was there to help us. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and polite. Our delivery was smooth and on time as expected. We appreciate the service we were given.

  Delivery experience was TERRIBLE. Delivery driver was rude from start to finish, complaining about the stairs, the size of the couch, the 6 inch wall next to the door, the lights over the kitchen counter, the ceiling height, literally everything. From the moment I opened the door he started telling me they weren’t going to bring the couch up the stairs. Called customer service and had an even WORSE experience. Customer service associate stated it was my fault the delivery couldn’t be completed because I didn’t account for having an island in my kitchen that the delivery driver felt was inconvenient? Also stating they could not offer any refunds for an $800 couch we purchased with the promise of it being delivered. I understand that we as the customers are responsible for measuring the doorway, however, I’m not going to measure every inch of my house. Every apartment in my building has a couch so there is a possible way to fit a couch into the unit. Delivery team did not attempt to make it work and customer services said “oh well but luck next time.”
