I found the salespeople helpful, the delivery great and product so good that I wanted to reorder for a different house. I called the Marana AFW store and the young lady that answered the phone was so nice and offered to connect me to Tom the salesman who could help me. That was the beginning of the end of the conversation and it was obvious he didn’t want to be helpful. Lesson: make sure that when you speak to a salesperson, someone didn’t mess in their Cheerios earlier. Edit: We actually drove into the store yesterday and were lucky enough to run into Dave; what an awesome and helpful associate. He restored our faith in AFW and took care of all of our questions and our new furniture arrives tomorrow. My best advice is to check out google reviews and if several people mention someone in a positive light, try to find that person. We didn’t request Dave but you will see he is mentioned often in positive reviews…..there’s a reason. They’ve gone from one to five stars because of Dave.

They are not super pushy , just there to help you and answer any questions you may have . . Our sales rep Phuong Nguyen was not only Very friendly , she also helped us chose couches that are scratch resistant from our 3 kitties . We were able to chose a delivery date 6 days later . Everything was delivered by two very friendly men . They did a great job asking and setting everything exactly where I wanted it .and making sure I knew how things functioned . This will be the only place we buy furniture from moving forward .

We had gone to another well known furniture store before this place and there was no comparison! AFW was $2,000 cheaper and the quality seemed to be a lot better as well.
- JWJ wOct 25, 20251.0Terrible experience. I would never shop here again or recommend them to anyone. My furniture was supposed to be delivered weeks ago and they just didn’t show up. No call, no email, nothing. I took a whole day off work waiting for a delivery that was never coming. When I called, they told me it was out of stock, took off the delivery fee, and said they’d “check every day” and let me know when it came in. They gave me a new date it would likely be in, that day came and went with complete radio silence. When I called again after that date, I was told maybe Monday. I asked if I could at least pick my two-hour delivery window since I’d already wasted a day off, and the guy on the phone couldn’t have cared less. He said they could take off the delivery fee (which they already did the first time!). Now my order is three weeks late, I still don’t have my furniture, and their communication is basically nonexistent. Honestly, save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.
