She sent me the perfect washer and i didn't need to pick it. Jessica is so nice and attentive. Her manners are flawless. I love all the workers from my Aaron's. My store is in the plaza at 1st & Wetmore in Tucson Az. Go check 'em out. $5.00 gets you started no matter how much you buy from them. (That's a special for Christmas)

They will also run your credit card without permission and God forbid if something happens they will refuse to provide you with any help. Not only did we not sign up for Easy pay after speaking with this “wonderful” ha! Person she decided to take it upon herself and rerun the card for a payment that wasn’t due. If you want to rent from Aaron’s I suggest going to the 22nd and Kolb location. They are understanding and companionate. We will be not only complaining to Corp but we will also be reporting them to the BBB and the county attorney’s office.

I have delt with multiple Aarons in Arizona and other states and have NEVER had the issues that I had with this location they are rude and you have to get other stores and higher ups involved to get things done! We had a credit and they tried to say that basically to bad we lost our money until I put up a stink it has been a HORRIBLE experience from begining to end they left all the trash at my house when it is policy to remove it then I had to call 3 times for someone to even acknowledge that they would remove it and it's still sitting here. I could go on and on we moved our account yo a different location and they have been AMAZING! I will never do business or send business to this location EVER AGAIN!

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
