As a business owner, I can absolutely appreciate the positivity, the enthusiasm and the dedication to providing clear communication with any and all questions I had/have regarding my unit, sizes, availability and transparency in fees. Overall, I have been renting at this location for over 5 months and have had zero issues. My unit and its contents remains safe and secure and I look forward to continue working alongside with ESS as the year progresses. Tati was both professional and highly motivated to keep me as a consumer and gave me all the little tidbits of information without being a pushy salesperson. She brought lots of joy to our conversation and I am glad she is now the newest manager on site. Thanks Tati J for keeping me a happy customer with Extra Space Storage off 99th Ave. I’ll be seeing you again soon! After leaving a voice-mail the manager Tati contacted me & went over my concerns. She went the extra mile to address each concern & followed up promptly. She also explained it where I was clear on what she was explaining. I'm very grateful for not only her excellent customer service but also the service I received in establishing this unit for my mom after having her stroke. I didn't feel rushed or as just another contract. Each encounter was amazing and secure. Tati just made the experience remind me why I chose this location. I'd recommend it to friends & family.

I don’t know where all these good customer service reviews came from but I unfortunately did not experience any of this. My unit was robbed and I got no assistance from staff. I asked for possible surveillance footage and they told me I couldn’t and when I advised with a warrant they stated that I’d need a specific day and time. Then told me the cops couldn’t do anything. Their insurance covers practically nothing as well. Would not do business ever with this company. Very shady business. My unit was broken into and replaced with the same exact lock they offer. Very clever but not random. Stole everything and non replaceable items. Very sad a business runs on getting over on people like that.
