I had to wait quite awhile for the building key. In fact I left. Pretty soon a man found me and gave me my key. I had 2 made of each and the other one came out. Perhaps you can add a large red lettered warning to wait for the keys. I was ignorant and figured they would all be mailed. Nice job!!
