I mainly worked with Jose when picking out my unit and getting insurance (you know all the fun stuff-LOL) but for the first time in getting a storage unit it was painless. JOSE went above and beyond any expectations I had. He is a class act and one of the stars at ESS. OVERALL IM VERY HAPPY with my unit, the facilities and all the employees. James L

I have to access my unit almost daily, and I am always assured that my unit has been safe and I feel like Ronnie and Jose watch out for me when I’m alone within the complex. They are so nice, it’s like family, and they provide excellent customer service. My move in a few months ago was very accommodating to any issues I had with the locks and locating the unit as well as setting up automatic payments and downloading the app to my phone so I could utilize the keyless entry at the gate and not have to get out of my car to punch in the gate code. They offer water and let me know that if I ever needed anything not to hesitate to ask, even if it means staying a couple minutes after closing. Having your stuff in storage is always a pain, but Ronnie and Jose and extra space storage have made it easier and I am keeping my unit longer than I had originally planned because I do not think I could get the same quality experience and or accommodation s at any other storage unit facility!
