They said they couldn't return the item bc there was no tag, with price. I gave the item to my friend to return to the Tempe store. She had the original receipt, gift receipt & item. She took the tag off with the price & gave me the gift receipt. The receipt matched the description of the blouse, but the item numbers were incorrect. They refused to give her a refund. They gave her a gift receipt for less than the price she paid. The manager was extremely rude. Your employees need to work on customer relations. It makes all the difference.

I called the store and shared my concerns and she said to bring them in, she will have to look at them. I said I think this could be bed bugs and she said it didn't come from their store because they don't have bedbugs. I asked her how she would know and she said it would be very apparent due to the amount of pillows they sell. So left me feeling like no matter what I say, they would be right instead of the customer. I suggest steaming any pillows you get from World Market especially because they don't come sealed . Thank you for the uppity attitude which is the same way I was treated in the store shopping.
