They said they couldn't return the item bc there was no tag, with price. I gave the item to my friend to return to the Tempe store. She had the original receipt, gift receipt & item. She took the tag off with the price & gave me the gift receipt. The receipt matched the description of the blouse, but the item numbers were incorrect. They refused to give her a refund. They gave her a gift receipt for less than the price she paid. The manager was extremely rude. Your employees need to work on customer relations. It makes all the difference.

- BMBrooke MercierDec 12, 20251.0I was recently in the Tempe Market store, bought several decorative pillows for my new bed and have discovered after laying in one the other nite, there are biting bugs that leave huge welts. I called the store and shared my concerns and she said to bring them in, she will have to look at them. I said I think this could be bed bugs and she said it didn't come from their store because they don't have bedbugs. I asked her how she would know and she said it would be very apparent due to the amount of pillows they sell. So left me feeling like no matter what I say, they would be right instead of the customer. I suggest steaming any pillows you get from World Market especially because they don't come sealed . Thank you for the uppity attitude which is the same way I was treated in the store shopping.
