- PIPeter ImperialyAug 30, 20251.0We had a terrible experience over 4 months with this company. Originally called them out to balance out our chemicals and that went fine but it was all downhill after that. Pool was constantly murky about 4 weeks after initial service the pool actually turned green, we verified that neither the manager nor the service guy had been putting chlorine in it for some reason according to their service records. The pool was not being back washed on a regular basis and quite frankly scrubbing the pool seem to be hit or miss on their part. No communication was ever given from the full service person that came out weekly it just seemed like he wanted to do it faster and faster. One occasion he left our gate open letting our dogs out, leaving us to have to find them in the neighborhood. Another occasion we checked our pressure and it was up at 30 PSI indicating again that it had not been back flushed. Another occasion he had used our hose for some reason and left it on after he left. On another occasion there was a small Leak with the gasket on one of the fittings he said nothing and just let it fill up half of our yard with water till we noticed and had to say something to the manager. Contacting corporate they really don't care they'll give you some lip service and say thank you for letting us know but that's it. If you'd like to pay a lot of money for a pool service that doesn't do what they say they're supposed to do this is the company to do it with. We could not have been more disappointed in a company services then we were with this company. Pool troopers, do better

My husband used to buy Leslie's chemicals because they worked the best and he was putting them in every week. The pool looked great. Pool Chlor only comes every 2 weeks and you can definitely tell the difference and we're spending less for the service than we were buying our own chemicals. On one of the last visits, the pool guy even took the time to trim one of our palm trees thats fronds were hanging in front of our pool gate. Great company. I highly recommend. Thank you Pool Chlor!
