Haven't shopped this Lowe's in long time, because the customer service was completely unacceptable: Pro desk staff were inept; store associates were nowhere to be found; if staff were found, they were less than helpful to say the least; door and window staff spent 6 months getting replacement screens for custom windows, etc. I would drive to the store in Chandler to avoid dealing with the customer service at this store. Shopped there today for a few things. Lots of new faces on staff who were: helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, and outright customer service oriented. Clearly (thankfully) a drastic change in management. Joel at the Pro Desk was GREAT to work with! He had quickly & accurately scanned all of our items (lots of tiny plumbing parts) and ran the flooring and purchases through the bid room. Meachell was super helpful, too! She helped with our flooring needs. Multiple folks in the flooring department and plumbing were very helpful. Overall, the staff and the vibe at the store have changed for the better! Nice!!!!

Really need to reevaluate the kids you guys hire or train them better. One of your front house employees looking like Quasimodo with pink hair(believe its a female but cant be too sure these days 🤷‍♂️) had no idea as to where any products are & when asked any questions would uncomfortably stare at you..Honestly rather pay a few more bucks and goto Home depot then deal with your creepy untrained employees. This wasn't my first encounter at this location btw.

I purchased a portable air conditioner on my Lowes consumer credit card because it extends the manufacturer's warranty by 12 months... I should mention I bought this $449 AC unit a little over 18 months ago and it worked great (Hisense) brand , but last time I tried to use it in my garage it just blew warm air... So naturally I checked the box which I kept and it said It comes with a 2 year limited warranty and since I used my Lowes card theoretically I should be good for up to 3 years, right??? WRONG! The associate at customer service informed me that I had 48 hours to return the unit!!! I'm not lying or joking!!! I called the manufacturer and they were great and said that this unit is made exclusively for Lowe's and they would issue an R.A. and all I have to do is give that RA number to the associate and I can exchange it for a new unit since they still sell the exact same unit on the floor.... I was denied again and when I asked for manager, they said it would be about an hour wait And if I didn't want to wait then I should return to the store I bought it from originally which is in Gilbert.... No thanks, I will just close my account and dispute the charge since I was sold something that was false advertisement and NEVER return.... I spent over $20K in the past 12 months at Lowe's and now I guess Home Depot can have my business ...
