I am SO sick of seeing customers with their large dogs in this store. It is a dangerous situation waiting to happen. I have had my son knocked into a shelving unit because someone's dog decided unexpectantly to jump up on him. I told management and reached out to corporate and they did not care. If he had been injured I would have sued since this is their store/company policy to allow animals in their stores. Dogs, as we have seen over and over again, are unpredictable and it is a bad idea to have them in a store with dangerous heavy tools and heavy shelving units. What would have happened if that shelf or something on it would have hit my child? Is a dog more important than a human? A child? Leave your dog at home where it belongs. there is a dog park in walking distance to this store that you can take your dog to. Last time I was in the store I saw 2 sets of dogs over 100 pounds being fed treats from the associates. It is not a good idea and I don't like going to this store after the incident with my child and how corporate and store management handled it. (they did not care) I have a dog too and he stays at home where he belongs. I don't make my dog other peoples problems, it's courtesy.

Won't take back their own items without a receipt. I brought back a $20 door lock in original packaging so not a big item and they wouldn't even give me a store credit to use for something else. Guess I'll go to Home Depot or Menards for now on.

I am never disappointed when visiting the people at Lowe's hardware store especially the one on Baseline in Tempe Arizona. Since the first day I walked in there there upset with the other place and its lack of customer care. I have been treated with nothing but great respect and if you will there was always somebody there to help me. So kudos to Lowe's on Baseline and Tempe. They seem to have not forgotten their humble beginnings with customer service which is everything all right. God bless
