- MSMichael S.Oct 15, 20252.0I ordered a 10x10, arrived with a loaded moving truck I rented to find my unit was a 5x10. We walked around the whole complex to make sure there wasn't a larger unit with the same number. When I called for assistance, I was told I'd need to wait until the following morning. Totally unacceptable. Luckily the unit next to mine was open and empty, and I had no choice but to unload my contents into it as well (and luckily my things fit, even though I didn't have a 10x10 area to work with as I ordered). I called the next day, worried they would make me move things out of the other unit, but it turns out they actually sell "10x10" units as 2 5x10s without telling you. It's extremely confusing and should have been made clear up front that's what I'd be getting.
