Please update and add to the inventory of treat 2x6x8' lumber. I've been stopping once a week for the past three weeks hoping you'd update and add to the in stock quantities. My wife asked last week for you to bring out good inventory. I checked today. You do not have anything I can use. Please add/ update your stock!

I do love Lowes. However, finding someone to help is near impossible. 4 separate occasions I actually timed how long it took because I thought it was ridiculous, and it has averaged 45 minutes each time before I got help or just left. I just wish it was easier to get help, especially when the power tools are locked (even though they put half out on the shelve end caps). Unfortunately I own majority of Craftsman tools so I dont have much of a choice. Its easier to just order online.

Today called to find out if a store had a ceiling fan I wanted to replace the 15 year old fan that was stopping and starting on it's own . The AI voice said one was in stock. It was not. If they want to replace wage earning people with artificial unintelligent devices I will not shop at their store. So many consumer protections have gone by the wayside, but I can do my part not support a business which provides crummy service. My time matters!

Poor customer service and cashiers they took you for granted saying this and that waited for 1hr someone said they honor this and that but nothing it’s poor customer service the don’t treat customers good at all they tell you this and that.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
