  Ben was awesome. He got me into my locked vehicle… Made a new key & key fob… Helped me diagnose the battery issue. I put a new battery in and it started right up w/the new key. I’d give 6 stars if it would let me.

  The Guy set my alarm off like 5 times times on my car before he finally said he that he couldn't do it. I gotta a key that wont open the car doors, and wont lock them either. None of the Remote features work, and the alarm had to be disabled to BE Able to drive it. And he said, the reason was because it was an aftermarket alarm system, which it's not The keys and everything were from fiat, and he said that cars like this, that don't have door locks, usually don't have remotes, and that just doesn't make any sense to me, how else would you get in it? If you didn't have a remote unlock, and there's no locks. None of it made sense to me. But anyway, still have a key which basically only starts the car and only if the alarm is disabled I can drive my car with the alarms disabled and I can't lock the doors

  The technician told me that the price for a new key for my Hyundai Palisade would be $350. This was after I gave him the VIN number of my vehicle. Once he got here there was an up charge of $45 which I did not expect. I was not very happy with this. It’s called beat and switch.

  First time using Key Me and I like it. The key worked fine and is of good quality! I would recommend KeyMe to anyone who wants to bypass going to a locksmith or hardware store to have a key made. Great service and very convenient.

  Very disappointed with this service. The locksmith arrived 2 hours late to my appointment with no notice. After they finally arrived, I requested a key replacement and paid in cash. About 30 minutes later, I found my original key and immediately called to cancel, but was told no refunds are allowed — something that was never explained upfront. Since I paid cash, I have no way to dispute the charge, and it feels like I got scammed. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no customer care. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
