- SHSusan HolmesMar 21, 20261.0This was a horrible experience for me as I had already signed the lease, had all the information sent to me, even set up my autopay, loaded up all my Christmas decorations in my car and met with Donna who proceeded to tell me that because I didn't have an updated IPhone she couldn't let me rent there. I was shocked! Then she told me I could buy a FOB for $24.00 instead and after spending almost 45 minutes with her she couldn't even get that to work. I have never experience such incompetence. I had previously spoken to Heather and she seemed very competent. I have a feeling that if Heather had been there she would have figured this out! Luckily I came home, unloaded all my Xmas stuff and contacted Public Storage on Willow Ave in Surprise and their Customer Service Representative walked me through the entire process on my laptop to sign a lease. Not only that, I got the same price for $24.00 a month PLUS a larger unit! I'm actually glad I got a refund as had no confidence in their customer service there
