    The person that oversees the check out registers was slow and unresponsive. Didn't have a single cashier on duty. 12 people in line and 3 self service registers asking for help, where's the help on his phone. Will not go back to this store.

    I had a plant off of the clearance rack with the black line through the barcode. I went through self checkout and it rang up full price. I let the cashier know that the item didn't ring up properly since it was supposed to be whatever percentage off. This cashier would not correct the machine to the proper price. "He said, it's $14.98. Do you want it or not?" I told him I didn't want to pay that price for a clearance plant. I left the store without the plant but am so confused why an item that was on the clearance rack, with the line through the barcode was not honored. I like the Lake Pleasant Lowe's better anyway.

    WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to order plumbing bath tubs and supplies. Glen helped me out with ordering a bath tub and the surround walls kit that he had recommended to him by the bath manufacturer. He took down the info and said he'd follow thru to make sure all went well. Well he evidently didn't and it ended up on a promised delivery date for the tub, had my plumbing contractor workers standing by but NO BATH TUB. Couldn't contact Glen at the store, and the GM of this store was gone to corporate headquarters for a week. One of the Assist Managers Nelson finally came on the phone and promised to contact the supplier first thing in the morning. Well Nelson also didn't follow thru and another day passed. I also talked to another Assistant Manager (Collin?) who started laughing and admitted he found the whole mess funny. And then finally the wall kit came (late again) and it was the WRONG ONE. Again no help from Loews staff, only a phone number to a supplier that had no idea I had ordered anything from them. Even Glenn didn't know the actual name of that supplier and I had to figure it out later. Oh, they will order anything you're ready to pay for on the spot with your credit card, but don't expect ANY further help from the staff at the store because they will now tell you that you didn't buy from Loews you actually bought it from their suupplier and YOU'LL have to call their suppliers to figure out the problem. A sad situation at Loews and I will never return to this disorganized mess of a business again.

    Good selection of plywood. Friendly staff on floor. No staff at checkout... Music playing in the store at 3:30 12/8 was so depressing (multiple songs) I cut my shopping short.

    Looking to purchase a washer and dryer set and Matt was very helpful over the phone and gave me a very good information. Definitely recommend this location and customer service is great!
