I was out shopping for a much improved kitchen faucet and my day looked like I had one plan in mind that was to visit the Lowe’s store in Surprise AZ after I have gone to the other big box store in town. I almost couldn’t get out of that other big box store fast enough what a disappointing supply and showcase of faucets for my wife’s kitchen. so I went across the way and stopped in at Lowe’s, I found the exact faucet that I was looking to purchase and it was on sale for like seven or 10 days only that’s my kind of shopping. they far exceeded My expectations are wonderful selection of all types of various kitchen faucets many many more than the other box store in town!! L Cashing out I had Tiffany helping me in the self checkout area. What a pleasant individual thank you Tiffany you are certainly a blessing for the store. She was very energetic, polite, friendly, and made me feel like a valued customer. Thank you very much, Tiffany. Oh did I say thank you I meant to say thank you thank you Tiffany.

Appliances dropped off paid installation and hallway and everything is still in my living room not installed I want a refund for the installation and hallway Matt! 4 weeks my appliance sat there Everytime a tech got sent out and nothing just excuses as to why they couldn't install it. Called Lowe's everyone found the situation funny I'm glad they thought waiting weeks for them to do anything was funny and in the end I'm still fighting for a refund for work they never did. Why spend thousands of dollars for terrible customer service I'm currently waiting for a refund or I will take the matter to litigation. This is completely unacceptable

They have extremely knowledgeable workers (especially love Mina in flooring) and help you decide the best appliance for your needs and figure out the best pricing you can get with sales, rebates, etc. I never considered Lowe's as my first stop for my appliance needs and my project needs but this location has changed my mind. I'm now a Home Depot convert.

It appears that I’ve been charged multiple times for an order. How can I resolve this?
These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s. Orders shipped in multiple shipments will be charged separately at time of shipment; therefore, you may see multiple charges, but they'll never exceed the full amount of your order. For orders with longer lead times, your method of payment will be reauthorized to ensure funds remain available until your item is shipped. If you observe multiple pending authorizations, please contact your financial institution as each bank’s policies differ on how long authorizations are held.
