He is patient knowledgeable and just takes pride and giving what I call good old-fashioned high-quality customer service. He patiently answers every question, he advises in a comforting way. I tried 3 different stores for a simple pool leveler float - none in stock in the area in any store that was relatively close within 25 miles. Nice managers - they apologized, but didn't know when new inventory would arrive. Ended up going to Amazon and getting the same part for $10 cheaper than on the Leslie's website. Not good business to be out of parts when people need them for repairs.
