I stopped by the Surprise, AZ office today and the customer service agent Dave, helped me with the process of switching to a larger unit. Not only was he friendly and efficient, he helped me to choose a unit that had the easiest path to access it, (no more wandering aimlessly up and down all the aisles trying to locate my unit).
