  We just purchased a beautiful sofa and loveseat from Shea "Butter" and he was amazing to deal with. He helped us find the exact color we needed to compliment the two recliners we purchased last week! He was so helpful and went out of his way to make sure we were happy! Thank you Shea! You're the best!

  We bought the Indie Navy Sofa. The Sku number is J-3333. We had called about something else. Then we asked the customer service rep about our new couch.He told me they would come out and look at it. His name is Roger. He called me back the next day and told me it is a known issue with this couch that the cushions keep sliding out and pushing up while sitting on them. We had a choice to either get a refund or replace it. We needed a couch. So we had to go and get another one and it was more expensive and had to pay the diffrence. Which I don't think we should have had to. Also we had an issue with the delivery. Our sales rep Christian hung up on me. We had to cancel the delivery and go and get the stuff. There was an issue when we went to the store in glendale. They ripped a hole in the plastic when they put it in our truck. The first coffee table was damaged and 1 end table the top was coming apart. So we hsd to be wait longer for 2 more new pieces. Was not compensated for any of this. I feel we should be compensated some how for all of this.

  Worst experience ever buying furniture from this location . SHEA H. Was our Sales person and all was good until after purchasing the furniture . We bought a sectional , a recliner and a rug a week before thanksgiving . We were told it would arrive December 3rd and be delivered . That date passed , so i text shea and he told me another date .. that date came and passed and then we got told an other date which came and passed … so on and so Forth .. there was ZERO communication and let’s let this be known that the only communication was us texting him . He became no help so we started calling the store and then they gave us the run around as well . Finally called for the fourth time and we were told it would be here Christmas Eve . That came and past as well . Finally called them the Friday after Christmas and talked to a manager just to find out that our furniture arrived there in the 23rd with no call , email or text .. they stated that they called , emailed and texted us “ lies “ . They never once told us when we bought the furniture that ANYTHING was back ordered and then they used that as an excuse . the furniture should be delivered this Sunday “ so they say “ STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION AS THEY ARE A JOKE , and have no clue what customer service / communication means .

  I’ve shopped at AFW since they first came to AZ, and the last three times we’ve been in the store any of the products we’ve asked to purchase is on back order. One item I ordered has now been delayed again, and I’ve had terrible luck reaching costumer service via email or calling to get an estimated delivery date. I finally went to a different store to get my product and now I’m waiting on my 4th phone call to cx my current order that I paid for with no date of receiving it. It stinks because this was always our go to, to shop for our home.

  So I come here to pick up a mattress from my mother law. I come in off of The north entrance from where the shack shack is. I've never been here before.I see a huge sign that's in red, white and blue, and I mean, it's a huge sign, says customer pickup.So where do I go I go to customer pickup?Since it has a huge sign, I walk in there.No one's there takes about five minutes for someone to come greet me.He tells me that I gotta go to the other side to check in.And I said, I read the sign outside that said, please read this.And nowhere.Did it say.Go check in anywhere and I don't see a check in sign.Then, as I walked to where he tells me to go I see this huge check in sign.That's in a huge arrow.Probably thirty feet tall, facing to the inside of the building.Instead of to the outside, it's ridiculous. I went inside and kind of complained about it.She didn't even say anything to manager.She didn't say one thing.She just smirked with a little sarcastic.Smirk on her face very rude and oh by the way, put a sign so you can see it coming in from the north parking lot.I even asked the guy that came out to get my mattress.I said, can you read that sign?And he was directly in front of the customer service.Pickup area and he could not read the check in sign.Why?Because the only sign that's facing anywhere is facing the east and then the other side's facing the inside of the building like that makes sense.So irritated right now
