  Try calling their customer service number, can't even get through. The funniest thing ever is they call it their "premier customer service". It is the worst! 3 different times they've picked up the same chair because it keeps having problems and not once have they called us to confirm the drop off. Will never buy anything from them and make sure to tell everybody how bad their customer services after a purchase is. Such a big company , you think they do better?? Guess they have to cut corners where they can and it's customer service after the purchase for sure

  BRAVO, BRAVO, BRAVO Priced affordable!! We purchased a new home & walked into AFW, greeted by Kris (with a K) she was extremely patient & helpful - took us 2-3 visits before we had all our list together for purchase. Purchase, delivery, setup ALL went smooth. Had a couple small things that needed technician to come out which they took immediate care of us. We are EXTREMELY happy with AFW. Highly recommend.   Everyone was great we dealt with! Matt Hayes sold us a leather couch L shaped and certain rankenand outdoor furniture! and it was great and I also dealt with Abby at the front and she was very kind, friendly , and helpful with Custermer service issues that had to do with our dog chewing something up! Nothing to do with the store.

  Found a bed frame we really liked on the floor. We were told it was actually sold out, but we could buy the floor sample. I felt we should get a discount for buying a floor sample, not a brand new in-box item. However, I didn’t want to make a fuss, so we went ahead and paid the full price of $800. The bed frame was taken apart and handed to us in pieces. No box, no instructions. They said “it’s really easy to put together” - alright, I guess we’ll figure it out. This bed frame we have had for maybe 3 months. It has fallen apart and wood has broken off in various places. The panels are falling off, the wood is splitting. My husband has been able to fix it a couple times just enough so it’s stable. Today it has broken again simply from sitting down on the bed. It just COLLAPSED. We are taking it apart and to the garbage, and we’ll never shop here again.

  Came today to look around. It’s a big store with a lot of options. Some good; some not so good in quality. It’s almost comparable to At Home; except without a lot of the bed linens; pillows; bath towels; etc. You’ll pay a very reasonable price. The more the furniture is the better the quality. From bedroom to living room, kitchen and office, and shelving to entertainment systems. I’ve included one photo to a queen sized bed frame with head and base boards that were solid and sturdy. Some furniture is ‘assembly required.’ Others they will deliver and assemble for you. I spoke with Shea, and the best I can recall is the delivery charge is about $69 up to a certain purchase price; and then it’s 5% for larger purchases. There’s plenty of parking at this store. Restrooms are very clean. And they have loading bays for customers to pull in and pick up their purchases. Today they had an Auto Show in the parking lot. I would have liked to stay, but maybe another time if this is a regular event on Fridays.
