  During our recent visit for a new sofa, we had the ultimate pleasure of working with Zane and Christina. These two people epitomize customer service! Zane was immensely knowledgeable, assisted us in identifying additional similar products we had missed (so many incredible options!), and exhibited extreme patience with us while we spent a considerable time shopping. We feel our purchase was a great value and would highly recommend AFW - with the suggestion to seek out Zane!!

  Always a great selection, always by my furniture from them with no issues. Always plenty of sales people to help you if you need anything. Highly recommend.!!!!!

  Edited: I would recommend being cautious when purchasing here and double-checking everything for errors. My in-store experience was actually very good, and the salesperson I worked with was helpful and professional. My issue was specifically with customer support after the sale. They delivered the wrong piece of a sectional we purchased, then about three weeks later started calling daily trying to charge me more or take the piece back because it was powered and not just a regular chair. What really bothered me was being told I had physically exchanged the item on 3/9, even though I had not been there since 2/22. That level of confusion was frustrating, especially after spending around $4,000 there. Edit: The business eventually contacted me, reviewed the case, and made it right, which I do appreciate. The salesperson I originally spoke with was excellent, but AFW customer support showed no apology, no urgency, and a poor attitude. If this had been caught immediately, I would not have cared and probably would have paid the roughly $180 difference. But being contacted two weeks later, after multiple mistakes and confusion about what even happened, was the real issue. It’s fixed now, and I’ll likely still shop here, but I’ll be much more cautious going forward and will double-check everything for errors.
