  Lots of products to choose from. Lots of options. Great prices!! Friendly staff. Return policy on pillows is non existent so I deducted 1 star. We were not told that when we purchased one. Every other place I have purchased a pillow, it was returnable.

  This location (Surprise, AZ) was awful absolutely not customer service at all they rather stand around talking about what a child is wearing or messing on their phone then helping a customer out. They completely lost the chance to making a very large sale today. Definitely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who actually wants to purchase anything or expects to have customer service

  Edited: I would recommend being cautious when purchasing here and double-checking everything for errors. My in-store experience was actually very good, and the salesperson I worked with was helpful and professional. My issue was specifically with customer support after the sale. They delivered the wrong piece of a sectional we purchased, then about three weeks later started calling daily trying to charge me more or take the piece back because it was powered and not just a regular chair. What really bothered me was being told I had physically exchanged the item on 3/9, even though I had not been there since 2/22. That level of confusion was frustrating, especially after spending around $4,000 there. Edit: The business eventually contacted me, reviewed the case, and made it right, which I do appreciate. The salesperson I originally spoke with was excellent, but AFW customer support showed no apology, no urgency, and a poor attitude. If this had been caught immediately, I would not have cared and probably would have paid the roughly $180 difference. But being contacted two weeks later, after multiple mistakes and confusion about what even happened, was the real issue. It’s fixed now, and I’ll likely still shop here, but I’ll be much more cautious going forward and will double-check everything for errors.

  OMG. This place is amazing. We were greeted right away by staff but they weren't pushy salesmen, just there to answer questions. This place is HUGE and has a great selection of all furniture and furnishings. Best of all are the prices. They can't be beat. We know a lot of folks in the area who have bought from them. We plan to also once we decide what to get...so many choices.

  We had a really great experience at American Furniture Warehouse and wanted to recognize the team that helped us. We were approved for $1,750 through their financing company, but the couch we fell in love with was priced at $1,798. It was such a small difference, but initially we were told there wasn’t anything that could be done. Since we were already planning to purchase additional pieces — an ottoman and another add-on — I asked if it would be possible to adjust the numbers slightly by adding the $48 difference onto the ottoman instead so we could still stay within the financing limit. As we were about to leave, I asked if we could speak with a manager. We were helped by Shea Butter, who took the time to listen to what we were trying to do. He went back to check with his manager Jeremy, and after explaining the situation they were able to make the adjustment so we could complete the purchase. Thanks to them, we were able to buy the couch we really wanted along with the other pieces we planned on getting. The process was smooth, transparent, and we never felt pressured into buying anything extra. Everything rang up exactly as discussed, and the team was patient, kind, and willing to work with us to make the sale happen. Customer service like this really stands out. We truly appreciated them taking the time to help us find a solution instead of letting us walk out over a $48 difference.
