  I only give it a 3 star because I actually do love what’s in the store and I love the sales they always have. Unfortunately today, I decided to come in the store in hopes to find a couple pieces of new home decor. I did not have a basket, but I had one little picture frame in my hand and looking around in the other sections while I make up my mind which piece of wall art I wanted. A manager came up to me saying he’d been watching me and noticed I didn’t have a basket and if I’m ok. I said yes and showed him I have the picture frame in my hand. He walked away and as I quickly decided on a wall art piece, noticed many other people in the store with no basket just like me. As I’m heading up to the cash register, I notice the same manager casually standing up front with someone else who could have been a manager almost as if they were talking but also waiting for me just in case I ran out of the store. Regardless, I know who I am as a person and know I never have bad intentions. I felt so unsettled after this and felt completely uncomfortable and not welcome. It sucks because I do love this store, I’ve been to this location multiple times, as I come a lot just to look around and pass time and I always spend my money here. But unfortunately today was the last day for that because of this interaction I had. I hate to feel rushed when shopping and I hate to feel as though I can not come into a store and take my time and look around regardless of if I’m buying or not. I’ve come in many times had no basket spend 30+ mins in the store and buy nothing. I hate I won’t be coming back, but I can’t allow myself to when I’m being rushed, watched and feel uncomfortable. Hopefully whatever was supposed to be accomplished was accomplished, but as a customer who ALWAYS spends money here I did not appreciate that. Especially s wing that nobody else without a basket was not spoken to. Only I was. Hopefully this can be improved on in the future so other customers don’t feel the way I felt today after shopping. But luckily I won’t experience this again here because I will not be back.
