I’ve been a loyal customer of the Sierra Vista Lowe’s for years, but today’s experience left me extremely disappointed. I purchased a texture sprayer that turned out to be defective, and when I tried to return it, I was told it was outside their two‑day return policy. The problem is, nobody explained this policy to me at the time of purchase. Had I known, I would have inspected and tested the product immediately.
Instead of helping resolve the issue, the assistant manager, Chad, stood firm on the policy without offering any real solution. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the product was defective from the start.
I expect better from a store I’ve trusted for so long. This interaction makes it easy to take my business to Home Depot down the street, where customer service and fairness matter more. Lowe’s Sierra Vista let me down today, and I’ll be rethinking where I shop moving forward.

🌲❌ Don’t buy your Christmas tree here!
My family picked out the PERFECT tree — like, Christmas-magic-level perfect. ✨ We paid for it, walked outside… and suddenly the “Tree Bouncers” showed up. 🚫🌲😳
They refused to give us the tree because “it’s a display.”
Ma’am… SIR… they’re all displays.
Then they tried to hand us random trees lying on the ground, out of water, looking like they hadn’t slept since Thanksgiving. 😵🪵
We went back inside for a refund, and even the indoor staff was confused like, “What is happening out there??” 😂
Pretty sure the outside crew just didn’t want to replace a display tree. 💁♂️💤
Overall vibes: 0/10 customer service, 10/10 chaotic Christmas energy. 🎅🔥
