It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially given that the product was defective from the start. I expect better from a store I’ve trusted for so long. This interaction makes it easy to take my business to Home Depot down the street, where customer service and fairness matter more. Lowe’s Sierra Vista let me down today, and I’ll be rethinking where I shop moving forward.

Then they tried to hand us random trees lying on the ground, out of water, looking like they hadn’t slept since Thanksgiving. 😵🪵 We went back inside for a refund, and even the indoor staff was confused like, “What is happening out there??” 😂 Pretty sure the outside crew just didn’t want to replace a display tree. 💁♂️💤 Overall vibes: 0/10 customer service, 10/10 chaotic Christmas energy. 🎅🔥
