Ordered online. When to this store(sierra vista,az.) to pickup the item. Went to the pickup desk and scanned the order barcode as instructed. Then the WAIT was on. While standing there no associate showed up. So we asked four different associate passing by and not one would help us, they just said someone would be here soon. Even when to the return desk and this associate told us she didn't have phone with her ? (No help there). So after waiting for almost TEN minutes a associate showed up. She gave us the item which was covered in dust. We told her that we had been waiting for almost TEN minutes, she didn't even respond. So the moral of the story is, custom service and the associates at store are the worst. Don't do reviews often, but this time had too.

Still waiting for window treatment installation, only been three months!!! I would recommend going elsewhere, because they don't include installation, even after discussing it with them ad nauseum...what a waste of almost 2 grand, never again...

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. When you place an order, your payment method is authorized for the full amount of the purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
