  I’ve ordered a couch months and months ago. The couch had a hole in the cushion and the rest of them have been shredding and the cushions are not maintaining and coming apart at the seams on over six cushions of this brand new couch that I spent over $3000 on. I’ve called and asked for new cushions, asked to speak with the managers they promised to order it and make it right then they fired that manager then we ordered another one and then they never got that one in and then they got rid of that one and then the manager out of Colorado ordered it again and it’s still not arrived after as promised! I’ve spent quite a bit of money on my business furniture and home furniture at this place and trusted them with their quality and customer service. If I ran a business the way that they run it i wouldn’t have one. I’m tried of false hope and waste 3000 I spent on couch that in pieces and shredding here we Are months lately still not resolved and their employees still. Not doing their jobs as promised!! I call every 3-5 weeks for the 8 months still nothing ! I don’t recommend !
