It was an absolute nightmare working with Denise in the cabinet department. I wish I had gone with Home Depot in show low again for my cabinets as I did for my first build. I didn't have a single problem with Home Depot. My general contractor said I should use Denise at Lowe's and that was a big mistake. I don't think he's going to use her again. She ordered all the cabinets for my bathrooms in my new build the wrong color and basically said I had to eat the mistake. I tried talking with the store manager. Twice I was told the store manager would call me back but that never happened. I then called corporate and they said they would have the store manager call me back. Didn't happen! Denise also ordered a cabinet for a farm sink that wasn't a standard size and I could only choose from three 7 in deep sinks in the country. Who wants a 7-in deep farm sink? That defeats the purpose. I was blown away that she didn't tell me that she wasn't ordering a cabinet with a standard size for a farm sink. She ended up ordering the cabinet for the farm sink that she originally should have ordered. That took months to get. It was like pulling teeth to get touch up paint and scribe. I was never able to resolve the issue about getting the wrong color cabinets for the bathrooms. Beware!

Plant care employee can only name plants by nickname. I asked about a specific plant by name (ficus elastica) and she was freakishly insist that I was wrong and the plant was called a wax plant. Wax plant is a nickname. The tag on the plant also said ficus. She was in the wrong and rude about it.

Just go to Home Depot!!! It's absolutely awful service!!! Made us very uncomfortable!!! Me and 3 other friends went to buy supplies to build a chicken coop and were followed around the story the entire time and had 3 employees hanging over our shoulders the whole time!!! When we finally got to the self checkout, all three employees sat and watched while one of them scaned all of our items for us, at the SELF CHECKOUT and put in our phone number for us! And one of my friends was holding her jacket in front of her, pressed against her chest, with a bar of pine soap laying on top of her coat clearly visible. When one of the employees came up to us and said " i saw what you hid in the coat, so you might want to take it out of there" the soap was literally laying on top of her coat Extremely visible!!!! It was a 5 inch by 3 inch box of soap. There's no way she was gonna hide that in her tiny coat Anyway! Its so awful being labeled as criminals just because we are teenagers. Just go to home depot!!! Much kinder folks over there.

I would like to give a huge shout out to Barbra. She was such a huge help and she even helped us find products that an associate 3 days ago wouldn’t help us find (it took 30 minutes to find one employee on Friday. Finally found them and there was 3 of them, one ‘working’ and the other two standing there watching the other guy work. They acted like it was such an inconvenience to help me get some doors down. If I had access to the lift I would’ve done it myself trust me. I didn’t want your help either) She didn’t even work in the area she was helping us in. She scanned product numbers over and over again until she was able to find what we needed. Even with a hurt shoulder she lifted down 3 heavy doors and put a door back! But she didn’t let the hurting shoulder stop her. She stayed and made sure we had everything we needed before she went back to stocking products.
Also wanted to give another shout out to Mary F. She was so kind and talkative at check out. She treated me like we’ve been friends for years. Very good job at hiring these two Lowes. They deserve a raise!!!
