    I called the number provided in response to my previous review, by "the Owner ". The number led me to a random call center that pumped me for information, and they had no record of the 'alleged' message I was referring to, much less know who the "owner" was that I was referring to. Can I give negative stars??!!

    Jose Sanchez was by far the most helpful and patient department supervisor we’ve ever had the pleasure of working with at Lowe’s! He went above and beyond — not only helping us find everything we needed, but also loading up our cart and even grabbing us a second one because we ended up purchasing so much (all thanks to his excellent help!). Jose was kind, professional, and truly embodied what great customer service should be. Because of his incredible hospitality, we’re officially loyal Lowe’s customers for life! 10/10 experience — give this man a raise!

    They have to train their older employees better on the app/loyalty member portion of the check out process. My girlfriend was in this store buying some stuff and was talked down to by a sour old woman who claimed to be a manager because she didn’t have the QR code for my loyalty points. I know full well you can enter that information with just my phone number and this sour puss refused to do it without the QR code. This brings me to my experience a few days ago with another old employee that always seems to be at the lumber check out. She always has a terrible attitude and is incredibly slow. It’s irritating. Sometimes there will be an open pack of shingles on a pallet and I’ll grab a few to finish a small project I have never had an issue. This old woman at the lumber checkout was trying to charge me 1/2 of a regular pack for about 3 shingles. I spend thousands at this Lowe’s because I like it better than home depot. I’m seriously questioning where my loyalties lie. You need some younger more motivated people at the checkout. Plain and simple.

    Lots of stuff and workers. Not a single one spoke to me or even made eye contact. There's another big box store across the street. I'll go there next time. Only two stars due to the veteran parking. Great job on that. Now just train your employees.
