  Stay far, far away. Bought a sport jacket that needed the sleeves shortened. The “tailor” pulled in the sides and did something to the neck- neither of which needed to be touched. At the refit, it was obvious the guy didn’t know what he was doing. After pinning and remarking again another employee came over and checked the jacket and told him one of the things he was going to do to ‘fix’ the jacket wasn’t necessary. He promised the jacket would be ready two days later- it wasn’t. He and the manager told me to come back in one hour. Update- Still terrible. The jacket wasn’t ready after an hour. I left and came back another hour later and it was finally done. I had two other seamstresses check it before I left the store. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

  I have a wedding coming up and I made my plans to shop a little late, so I purchased a suit today, a Friday, and fly out Wednesday for the wedding. The store I purchased the perfect suit from has a tailor though, they were too booked to complete this by my flight. David down at a Neiman Marcus suggested to check our Xpress Tailoring, though when I went up I was an hour past their closing time. I looked inside the store and saw two remaining employees happily finishing their work up, and one noticed me and kindly came over. Her name was Emily, and I simply apologized for coming by when they were closed. Without question or complaint she proceeded to ask me what I needed done and by when, she asked her college if that was possible and immediately invited me in, after hours. They took my measurements, and asked what I’d like done where, though I had no idea, this is my first formal wear setting. Through some laughter, and educating they helped me decide on what to do, and now I’m extremely excited for my suit to look amazing, and on time for the wedding! To my absolute surprise when she handed me the bill, she gave me a nice discount for my first time! I felt extremely cared for and taken care off. Absolute above and beyond customer service!   They were able to tailor suit pants and a dress shirt in just 24 hours for $100. I was very impressed with the quality and timing! For those who are having trouble finding it, they are located on the top floor of Fashion Square, right by Neiman Marcus. Also, cash only!

  10/8/19 Absolutely love these ladies! I brought a pair of jeans in last week on a Tuesday. They pinned them for me, explained the two different types of finishes at the bottom, then asked me when I would like to pick them up. I said anytime this week and the woman there offered them to be ready the next day- this never happens to me (quick service). I actually had to wait until Thursday to pick them up, and when I did, they look AMAZING. I'm so glad I found them- I will definitely be bringing more of my pants back to them to hem down to a 28" inseam!
