    Love the surprise Lowe’s! If you do a lot of renovation work get a PRO account. You’ll save a ton of money. Just did an insulation project and the discount was nice. I see a lot of negative comments on Google and let’s face it folks, it’s usually a breakdown in communication or a personality thing. Check yourself before disparaging others because you are an intolerable person. You probably complain about a picturesque day, your lobster is too buttery… The rest of us don’t care. Anyways, great job Lowes team, I appreciate the professionalism.

    I really wanted to give a shout out to this Lowe’s location. The customer service is excellent. I’m doing a small DIY project which I have never tried before, and the lumber and tools team, along with the garden section, has really helped me. Everyone was really nice every time I ask for help. Special shout out to Larry and Casey (KC??) in the lumber and delivery department. I was unable to lift the lumber and carry it, And even though it’s not A service that they offer, (which I didn’t know, and frustrated by), they did it for me, and they wouldn’t even accept the tip that I offered. They were both so very nice about it. Especially Casey (KC??). I still have a little bit more to do for my DIY Project and will definitely be coming back here. if I could give 10 stars, I would!

    Sadly my opinion is formulated on my store visit today. I went to look a5 counter tops and having an Island build at the McDowell store. I and my husband walked around looked at everything while a man on his phone with his head buried ignored us never acknowledging our present or asking us for help. We walked around where there for at least 15 to 20 minutes no other customers he was assisting and he coukd not be bothered. We have in another state redid counters a full new kitchen doors and installed two full new baths with Lowe's. Sadly this was a 0 experience. I dont have the confidence to want to work with them based on this.

    So I ordered a countertop which I had to wait 10 days for it to arrive but shipping was free so okay no problem of course it arrived damaged so now I had to wait two days for them to come and pick it up and give me a refund and order again okay no problem things happen order another one it arrives damaged again at this point I'm getting close to a month and I still don't have the countertop. Talk to the store manager Rose and some other guy said they would call the vendor and try to get a different shipping method for me got to wait another 2 days only for them to come back and say there's nothing they can do so now I have to wait another 2 days for them to come and pick it up and get refunded again well two days later nobody showed up and I still don't have a refund I call Lowe's and now they're ignoring me as if I'm the one who's been doing something wrong this whole time now I have to go through my credit card and file a claim to get my refund.

    I had a very uncomfortable experience at this Lowe’s location (7950 E McDowell Rd, Scottsdale) on April 17 around 6:15 PM. I entered the store and approached the front desk area near the exit doors, where two employees were standing. When I said “excuse me” to ask where I could find rakes, I did not receive any acknowledgment from the first employee. I then asked the second employee, who responded in a way that felt dismissive rather than helpful. Instead of a normal customer service interaction, I was met with a tone and demeanor that came across as mocking and confrontational. When I tried to clarify, the interaction escalated rather than being handled professionally. I ultimately chose to leave the store without making a purchase. I’m a disabled veteran and manage anxiety-related conditions, and this interaction was unnecessarily stressful. Regardless of background, customers should be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I have submitted a formal complaint to Lowe’s corporate and hope this location takes steps to improve customer service training and accountability. At this time, I’m hesitant to return to this store.
