They also informed me that the rent will periodically go up like that again. They are holding my possessions hostage and price gauging. Do not rent from Extra Space Storage. It’s equivalent to loan sharking. Completely disgruntled customer. Again, do not rent from these loan sharks!

We switched from Public because our unit and several others had been broken into as a result of poorly designed and maintained auto gates. With security a primary concern, we chose Extra Space because it seemed more thoughtfully constructed to insure the security of our unit. The staff was consistently pleasant, available, and knowledgeable. We have been extremely satisfied with our Extra Space experience.
