    We were on a hunt to find good quality furniture for our daughters new apartment. We were greeted straight away and was given great help and advice on our purchase. We ended up buying a bedroom set and couch and couldn’t be more pleased. The delivery service was excellent. Start to finish was beyond excelling!

    If I coulD rate this company with negative stars, I would. Their business practices are dishonest, rude and lack any sort of integrity. This is seen from the top down. I purchased an expensive Stickley dining set from them last year. In July of 2022, they delivered my chairs and stated my table was damaged. I was going to decline the delivery, but they PROMISED it would be delivered in 4 weeks. I still do not have the table. I have never been contacted by them to update me, but have to continually reach out to them. Their customer service rep or manager, Jen, has been incredibly rude and condescending with each phone call... As if I'm bothering her asking where my table is. In November, I'm told that my table is on the truck and will be delivered in 10 days. As expected, I was never given an update until I called. I had explained numerous times, that I had family in town for the holidays and did not want this set, if it would not be delivered by then. I was promised over and over (from the original salesman, customer service) that it definitely would be. Every month, I'm told a different story. They often tell me how horrible Stickley is too work with, it's the supply chain, someone forgot to load it on the truck....I get a new excuse each time. I finally contacted the CEO and was told... Sorry, we don't give refunds after 72 hours. Your table will be delivered in February.... Once again, pushed out yet another month. I do not want any of this set DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHADY, DISHONEST COMPANY!!

    Their business practices are dodgy and lack integrity. The leadership is blindly arrogant and overly confident without a solid understanding of how the staff is operating day to day business like Wells Fargo Bank Financial scandals.
