  We are so pleased with our new upholstered chair and the installment of Hunter Douglas duette! Working with Joe was an absolute pleasure and he was so helpful in refurbishing a loved but older wing chair, and we are thrilled with the outcome!

  We were introduced to Joe through a mutual friend! As a result we purchased our Hunter Douglas blinds from him. He was helpful, delightful and very easy to work with. He is eager to please and make sure everything is perfect for you! He truly cares about you as a person, not just a sale! Each and every time I called, his response was immediate. We were impressed by his installer as well. You won’t find a more professional or knowledgeable company to work with. Thanks again Joe!

  We had our new condo fitted with blinds from Reflective Designer. Joe Barnett was a pleasure to work with and his prices were very reasonable. Needed an adjustment on one blind and Joe immediately came over and made the adjustment. Also must add they are great looking blinds. Joe is a professional with a great knowledge of the blind industry. We couldn't be more pleased. Bob & Darian

  We ordered sets of blind from Reflective Designer three times over the last year and a half. Not only is the product of the highest quality and function but also the sales and service experience has been too! Joe of Reflective Designer is friendly, personable, VERY knowledgeable, prompt, efficient, and sells without any pressure. One can tell quickly that he is experienced and knows everything about his business and the product. He explained what we needed to know about window coverings providing guidance to make our desired choice. Also Joe provided guidance with value in mind. He was able to save us money with awareness of product promotions and in knowing which options for us would be most cost effective. He provided follow up with our order letting us know when the coverings had been shipped and when the installation was scheduled. His service after the sale is top tier. Any questions we have had even a year and a half after the sale were promptly answered and addressed. He uses only trusted experienced installers and even personally researched and interviewed and found us a quality installer for our second home and daughters’ s home in another city and state.
