  We worked with Roche Bobois in Scottsdale throughout our extensive purchases. Dealing with their designers and the store manager, Tonya, was a great experience from start to finish. We have just moved in, and the furniture looks amazing with many compliments from all that see it. Also, I must mention their movers and setup people, on the day of delivery, our elevator broke down, but that did not stop them, at 109 degrees they carried all the furniture to the 4th floor, now that was "service beyond the call of duty"!! We are very grateful to them all!! If one is looking for exceptional furniture and service to match, Roche Bobois Scottsdale is the place.

  We had a wonderful experience at Roche-Bobois of Scottsdale. We worked with Tonya who was top notch! From knowing the product line, to spending the time needed to help us choose the right finishes and colors, to creating color 3D renderings to assure the furniture fit our space and the colors worked within our scheme, Tonya was efficient and pleasant throughout! After having visited multiple furniture stores and not finding furniture that worked for us, Roche-Bobois was a breathe of fresh air. The pieces we selected were beautifully crafted and comfortable. And while the price point is higher than some competitors, Roche-Bobois' quality, craftsmanship and design are unmatched and an excellent value for furniture we will keep a lifetime. In addition Tonya was sensitive to our concerns over the cost and worked with us throughout to meet our budget. If you are shopping for modern furniture you must visit Roche-Bobois of Scottsdale and consider the option of some of the best furniture made!

  Very expensive outdoor furniture sun faded after less than one year when it only got partial sun in the mornings and only for part of the year (it was on a covered patio). Very poor customer service, refuses to stand behind product and instead fabricates stories. Definitely not worth the money and not a good representative of the brand. Here is a photo of the faded piece in the shade where it always has been. I think the worst part isn’t just them not standing behind it but when people start fabricating stories in order to not honor a warranty, it makes you lose trust in the entire company. (Below they responded that they were informed that I am in direct contact with their local team but that is not true. We have written to their headquarters and we are asking the NY office to help but the Scottsdale manager has not responded at all)

  The whole team is fabulous, friendly and helpful. Denise is creative with a talented eye. The showroom is truly special.
