  Before coming in, we read a couple of the overly detailed one-star reviews and honestly thought the deals almost sounded too good to be true. We decided to see for ourselves—and we’re so glad we did. Once we arrived, our experience was a complete 180° from anything described in those reviews. Cody and his team were honest, transparent, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. There was zero pressure, everything was clearly explained, and the pricing and deals were exactly as advertised—no games, no surprises. It was one of the best retail experiences we’ve had. We truly appreciate Cody’s integrity and highly recommend Luxury Mattress Warehouse to anyone who wants great value and an excellent, trustworthy experience. Oh and we used our AMEX with no problem too 😜

  Luxury Mattress Warehouse.. and Cody, enough said. You rock man. You actually walked the talk and delivered on everything I needed and wanted from not just a mattress, but a great business. Y’all got excellent products, outstanding customer service, and knowledgeable staff. That’s a big thing I appreciated from my experience, was that you asked the right questions, and didn’t waste my time. Cody clearly understands the importance of a good bed and it showed in how he narrowed it down for me, and did so without pressure or upselling on anything. It’s like he genuinely cared about my sleeping needs AND my wallet! Top-tier company for sure! Quality mattresses, fair pricing, and people who actually know what they’re talking about. I’d recommend them without a pause and point them in Cody’s direction! You’re in the right business man. Thanks for everything! Zzz

  This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. After a total nightmare experience I had with a company I won’t mention, I was very wary to jump into another mattress engagement. However, the team at Luxury Mattress Warehouse was quick to make me feel comfortable and were very kind, attentive, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process! I was helped by Cody and he truly listened to my needs and kept reassuring me every step of the way. He made me feel confident and in control of my purchase. I really need the most out of my mattress and they treated that decision with the care and respect it deserves! Not to mention the QUALITY of the mattress is exceptional!   Buying a mattress is a big deal, so this was not a purchase I took lightly. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and listened to. Cody greeted me and listened to my goals and some of my concerns. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never rushed me or pushed a sale. He took the time to understand my sleep habits, comfort needs, and long-term expectations, and then carefully narrowed down the options until we found the perfect mattress. The quality is outstanding, and the customer service was even better. This is exactly how a business should operate.. attentive, honest, and focused on doing right by the customer.   Very satisfied with the purchase of a Tempur-Pedic LuxeBreeze Cal King Mattress from Luxury Mattress. Satisfactory customer service, excellent price and product . I was skeptical at first because it was such a good deal on EBay, but the owner delivers what is promised.
