    Came in for a pretty universal battery that showed in stock and a fireplace key. Left empty-handed and disappointed. Had to talk to five employees just to find out they did not have what I needed. I think this firms up the Home Depot versus Lowe’s debate for me Home Depot all the way.

    Lowe’s install services for exterior doors, Just don’t! The in store manager does not return calls, install partners is a revolving 888 number. The only way I’m getting help is by Lowe’s executive service which I found on social media. It’s been months, basically boils down to poor installation and workmanship. Don’t do it.

    Extremely Disappointed Poor Product and Even Worse Customer Service I purchased a Samsung dishwasher from the Lowe's Scottsdale location, and it was delivered four days later. However, when I opened it, there was a strong, unpleasant grease or oil smell coming from the inside. I ran six full wash cycles with soap and detergent, hoping the smell would go away—but it didn’t help at all. Next, I loaded my dishes and ran two full wash cycles. Not only did the dishwasher still smell bad, but it also started giving off a food odor, and my dishes were not getting cleaned properly. Even after another full round of washing, the problem remained. At this point, I decided to return the dishwasher. However, when I went back to Lowe’s, the assistant manager informed me that their return policy is only valid for 48 hours. They denied my request for a return or replacement, even though the product was clearly defective. and delivered to me 4 days after purchase. I asked to speak to the store manager, but the assistant manager said the manager wouldn’t be available until the next day. Since I had already hired someone to help me remove the dishwasher and transport it back, I asked if I could just leave it at the store in the meantime. Shockingly, the assistant manager responded rudely, saying they would “throw it away” if I left it there. This experience was not only frustrating but also completely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service from the staff was ridiculous. I expected better from Lowe’s and am very disappointed with both the product and the treatment I received.
