- CWCharlie Walters6 days ago1.0I bought two Faucets on closeout so my wife could choose the best one to use. I returned the cheaper one BC of course she liked the expensive one. It was unopened new in the box which is factory banded closed and obvious it was never opened. The shift manager Abby said all closeout items are not returnable and refused to refund or even give me a store credit. I was there to shop. They would have easily sold it to someone else. I WAS a very good customer but for $47 (which they recoup when they sell the new faucet again) they would rather alienate me as a customer than do what is right. I will buy online or go to Home Depot from now on. Lowe's has terrible reviews for a reason. Shop someplace else!
