Tom especially is an amazing resource every time I’ve gone in. From advice on pool cleaners to parts and miscellaneous info, Tom has been a pleasure to work with. He is friendly, knowledgeable and has given us countless recommendations that have not just saved money but been very practical for our needs. Thanks for always being great, Tom. And thanks to everyone at this store for their commitment to excellent customer service and guest experience!

I think they are pricey but compared to amazon prime , free shipping and such , the're not "way to high" . Its hit or miss with the counter guys. Sometimes customer service is decent, sometimes not. There are other stores but, all in all, this one is as good as any.
- WTWilly TDec 5, 20171.0Used to great knowledgeable workers. Then Leslie's took over..... Still kept the few great employees, but over time just like the mistake Home Depot did years ago, they thought the employees cost to much. They now have a 20 something manager that has no clue.and employee staff who could care less of the individual pool owner. As the last one I spoke said "I don't care what you had before, I am only concerned about my paycheck." Great, I am now telling everyone to shop at A & M . Close this store please it is overpriced and poor sales people. Just tried the store again on 7/26/18. Wow even worse. Joshua the asst manager was very disappointing. I went in with a water sample to get tested along with recieving the $5 coupon with it. I also have about $40 in in coupons from leslies on my account that I wanted to use. Joshua was very disrespectful. He even said "Do you even want it tested or just the coupon?" Yes I wanted it tested. Then I asked his assistance on my online account with all my coupons that I recieved over a month ago. His response was "I dont know! It just came out less than a week ago!" He did not even ask his fellow associate. FYI the app came out more than a week ago. Asked for District manager number. He would not give out. Avoid Leslie's Pool......
