Lamar, from the new management team went above and beyond to keep me a happy and now a loyal customer. I use a 5x10 unit and he lowered the hiked rental amount as much as the business allowed, which made me change my mind and stay with this Extra Storage Space location. Thank you Lamar!

They’re always providing EXCELLENT customer service which is why I’ve stayed with them for so long. And mind you, my monthly storage rent is higher than most lol big shouts to Ahmid (hope I spelled that right) and Lamar at the Scottsdale location, who I’ve spoke With before. So helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend Extra Space/Life Storage!
