I understand some rates maybe promo rates, however Extra Space raised my rent 40$ above the standard advertised unit rate. That’s 480$ a year… in addition to the standard rates. With so many storage unit options, why rent at a place that prioritizes corporate greed. Additionally, there is no way to view and itemized invoice or bill each month and no notifications for upcoming payments or billings. Buyer beware.
