After I signed up online I received a call introducing himself and welcoming me, then in the afternoon when I went to complete the paperwork and take possession of my unit, he was very friendly and helpful. Even though it's only a storage unit where I won't interact with employees often, if ever, he still made an effort to make me feel welcome in a very professional manner. Five stars.
