They were easy to schedule. Great about following up. Fair in pricing. The product (with the warranty/maintenance package) was excellent. In addition to offering the ongoing care and maintenance, I haven't had to worry about scheduling, as they're proactive in their follow-up and great about customer support. I would highly recommend.
