The store is huge and packed with everything from wall art and rugs to seasonal décor pieces and furniture. I found exactly what I was looking for (and then some), and the staff were friendly and helpful when I asked about delivery and pickup options. The layout is easy to navigate, parking was convenient, and the pricing felt fair considering the variety. If you’re looking to refresh your space with style without paying designer prices, this At Home location is definitely worth a visit.

Apparently items delivered are through a third-party delivery company and they do not deliver to second floors. Nowhere on the website it said this. I received a phone call from the delivery driver telling me that I need to come get the package from him. It’s too heavy for him to deliver because he is a disabled vet…why is he delivering furniture then? He told me to find a neighbor or ask my maintenance team to help me get the package to my apartment. Why did I sign up for a service that cannot be provided to me? When I called the store to let them know how rude this delivery driver was and that he hung up on me and I have no idea where my package is at this point I was met with excuse after excuse that it was a third-party and that the online purchases are through an e-commerce, not them. I even mentioned that I’d like to file a complaint and was told that it’s not going to do anything. At this point, I asked for my items to be refunded and was then told that I would need to come to the store to receive the refund on the item that was supposed to be delivered because they already charged my card. Apparently there are shoe strings holding this whole company together. I will be going to the store to get my refund, but I would NOT suggest anybody order anything from this place. The business model is not consumer friendly, nor are the employees, third-party or not.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
